
ABOUT Ryan
Ryan is a Toronto-based Red Seal chef. Originally from Victoria B.C, he found his passion for cooking at a very young age. Spending his free time often cooking for friends and family. His passion led him to restaurants and eventually into culinary school. Ryan later worked his way up through various Victoria restaurants, collecting a wide variety of skills and knowledge along the way. His culinary journey led him next to Whistler, where Ryan learned his unique style is inspired by seasonal, local ingredient-based cooking with West Coast flavours.
In Toronto, Ryan found his way back to the kitchen and expanded his knowledge into the world of Italian cuisine, where food is inspired by bringing out the beauty of individual ingredients.
Taking the best bits from his extensive restaurant experience and his love for hosting, Ryan is offering a unique perspective to help create memorable meals and a one of a kind experience.
